The Global Security Assistant will support a variety of projects within the Legal Bureau and other negg's Department and will report directly to CEO or his particular secretary. It will conduct policy research on a wide array of issues for staff; draft correspondence on security procedures for both internal and external use, audit existing systems and collaborate on process improvements, and participate in security operations, actions panning, and investigations work. The Global Security Assistant will also work on projects and problem-solving relating to several areas of the department such as Physical Security, Vendor Relations, security systems and access controls lifecycle, and general security matters. This role allows for a global perspective on negg’s facilities.


  • Collect and analyze data for the justification of negg purchases
  • Create travel advisories for employees travelling to high risk countries
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to develop security policies, refine incident management, and refine security notifications
  • Analyze security incident trends and formulate action plans to address problem areas
  • Audit existing systems and collaborate on process improvements
  • Support security system implementations in all global facilities


  • Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or Psychology
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, criminal justice field or law office, business/finance corporate environment, or HR preferred
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Must have a positive and curious attitude
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a willingness to adapt.
